andreaWhy recruitment and the Tarsh Partnership?

On graduation I worked at both Jaeger and Viyella’s flagship stores as an Assistant Manager, learning about retail from the cutting edge and having daily contact with customers, meeting their needs and managing their expectations. I found that I really enjoyed working with people and recruitment stood out as an industry that might suit my growing people skills.

I moved into recruitment with Hays and from the first day I started at Hays I knew that it was the career for me. I took the bold dual move of both marrying a Yorkshireman and moving to the North and began to cut my teeth in the world of marketing recruitment in Leeds.

The Tarsh Partnership has a philosophy which I admire and I now have the very exciting challenge ahead to build on the ethos and success of the Tarsh Partnership across the Midlands and North.

One piece of advice you would give to your clients?

Work closely with one recruitment partner who will take the time to really understand the brief and your existing team to get the best fit. That person will also run the process for you.
