Head west of London for this exciting opportunity to drive this well-known OTC brand in the dynamic and busy consumer healthcare market. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for driving brand growth for one of the company’s priority brands, using your skills, intellect and consumer & market insight to shape and design the annual brand plan and ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives in the UK and Ireland, in line with global and local market category strategies. You’ll also be closely involved in strategic projects including innovation and brand development in a business that is truly committed to moving forward at a pace and bringing in the highest calibre of people to support its growth. - Acting as brand champion to share learnings and success with local and global teams, monitoring and influencing sales performance, market share, digital and innovation KPIs to accelerate business success.
- Developing integrated comms campaigns, building strategic partnerships with agency partners to drive best-in-class, 360-degree, cohesive campaigns.
- Owning and driving the development of the innovation pipeline in close collaboration with local, regional and global stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate
Commercial savvy, curiosity, brand passion and a classic training in a leading FMCG or OTC Healthcare environment is key for this challenging role, working at a local or regional/global level. You will have gained broad exposure across the mix with a track record of driving brand growth via smart strategic thinking, consumer-driven brand planning, brand innovation and creative A&P activity with real consumer impact. A real passion for marketing and brands goes without saying – we are looking for someone who can use their skills, energies and excellent communication skills to bring new ideas and add value to everything they look after, building robust business cases based on consumer, shopper and market data, and influencing cross-functionally to energise teams across the business.
